GSK is guilty to criminal charges.

Every news source is awake! GlaxoSmithKline was last night facing calls to be prosecuted in Britain after the drugmaking giant pleaded guilty to criminal charges andpaid a $3bn (£1.9bn) fine to settle what US government officials called the largest case of healthcare fraud in American history. Unbelievable!

Well, do you know what? I think that nothing special has happened. Those who correctly understand the situation, they really know that Big Pharma uses all instrument to increase the profit. Criminal or semi-criminal or almost criminal – non-ethical, in other words, instruments are not exceptional.  This news is a nice illustration of Big Pharma innovation theorem. I think that a couple of other Big Pharma companies will also have the same procedure in the nearest future. But those $3bn – just compare them to the scale of the profits and simply smile!
