BASF with 8,900 employees and solubility problem

Do you remember Cremophor? Yes, this excipient used in Taxol and other formulations of lipophilic API’s. It was developed by BASF and it looks like the company still works in this area.
With access to over 8,900 employees in research and development worldwide and its dedication to innovating excipients, BASF has been adding value to pharmaceutical products for many decades.
8,900 employees! Sick! Where are new magic excepients which can solubilize sand and stones and are not harmful for the body? I have tried to find them in this compendium – without any success. 9 women cannot give birth to a child in one month – how much time is it necessary for 8,900 employees to create a universal non-toxic and highly efficient excipient?
