New panacea: Cialis?

European Commission approves Cialis® (tadalafil) tablets for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia – not bad!

 I think we have here two important issues:

1.       Big Pharma cannot develop any worthwhile medicines against benign prostatic hyperplasia (!). Instead it uses so called “drug repositioning” – tries to increase the amount of indications for already approved drugs.

2.       And the funny part of that – lives of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia will be spiced a little bit J Why not? Some “healthy” dose of Cialis, Viagra, marijuana, alcohol and rock-n-roll does not harm!
