Shit of the day: Nanomedicine and its experts

One ”expert” from here tells some bogus to the readers regarding ”nanomedicine” like that:
In vivo testing has shown that systemically administered nanoparticles that are either negatively charged or neutral are safe, while positively charged particles are toxic. However, most other characteristics, such as size, shape and composition of nanomedicines are unique to the specific nanoconstruct. Consequently, to date, the FDA is currently reviewing each nanomedicine on a case-by-case basis, similar to other drugs under review.
Do not work with positively charged particles, they are toxic! WTF??? Stop reading this BS!!!
