Just think if we could travel to the future like in “Back to the future”, say 50 years into 2062... Do you think we will manage to cure cancer, AD, MS etc? I mean really cure? I do not know why but I am a little bit skeptical... Probably the cost of clinical trials and drug development will be skyrocketing 2062 and generics will consist 99% of the drugs...
