I do not see a better candidate to be a coming Dirty Swan than personalized medicine. It is necessary to convince people that their genome sequenced is very important and helps in diagnostics and treatment. And it is possible to pump a lot of money into this program! But somebody has to lobby this concept... Big Pharma? Who else? The goverment itself can launch this program? Why not? The only problem is that personalized medicine is completely... BS. Well, who cares if it can be profited by Big Pharma (who else can take the cream?)?
